TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract has as its purpose the redevelopment of Avenue du 8 mai 1945 (from Place Romée de Villeneuve to Rue Saint Exupéry) and the town-centre squares, which are the 5 squares to be redeveloped, located within the Encagnane district in Aix-en-Provence. This is a composite public contract corresponding: - for part to a contract; - for part to a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-2 and the following of the Public Procurement Code concluded with an economic operator. The “framework agreement” portion will be carried out partly by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and partly by the issuance of purchase orders.
