TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the redevelopment of 8 May 1945 Avenue (from Place Romée de Villeneuve to Saint Exupéry Street) and of the central area squares, which are the 5 squares to be redeveloped distributed within the Encagnane district in Aix-en-Provence. This is a composite public contract corresponding in part to a contract and in part to a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-2 and following of the Public Procurement Code concluded with an economic operator. The "framework agreement" portion shall be performed partly by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and partly by the issuance of purchase orders.
