TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is aimed at the redevelopment of Avenue du 8 Mai 1945 (from Place Romée de Villeneuve to Rue Saint Exupéry) and the central plazas which are the 5 plazas to be redeveloped spread across the Encagnane district in Aix-en-Provence. It is a composite public contract corresponding to: - partly a contract; - partly a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-2 and following of the Public Procurement Code concluded with an economic operator. The "framework agreement" part will be executed partly by concluding subsequent contracts and partly by issuing purchase orders.
