TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract covers the subscription of "vehicle fleet" insurance policy contracts for the needs of the grouping of contracting authorities established between the City of Le Touquet, the Communal Social Action Centre, the Touquet & CO authority and the Le Touquet International Airport authority Elizabeth II (Aile II), pursuant to the provisions of Articles L 2113-6 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code. The grouping's coordinating authority is the City of Le Touquet Paris-Plage. In this capacity, and pursuant to the agreement establishing a grouping of contracting authorities, it is incumbent on the coordinating authority to manage and carry out to completion the entire procurement procedure, to sign and notify the contract on behalf of the members of the grouping, and to conclude and sign any amendments and decisions to renew. In addition, it has been agreed that each member shall carry out the contracts concerning it. The single lot is common to all members of the grouping of contracting authorities.
