TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract covers the subscription of “vehicle fleet” insurance contracts for the needs of the contracting authority group, which was formed between the City of Le Touquet, the Municipal Centre for Social Action, the Touquet & CO authority and the International Airport Le Touquet Elizabeth II authority (Aile II), in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 2113-6 and the following of the Public Procurement Code. The coordinating authority of the contracting authority group is the City of Le Touquet Paris-Plage. In this respect, and pursuant to the agreement on the contracting authority group, it is the responsibility of the coordinating authority to manage and carry through to completion the entire procurement procedure, to sign and notify the contract on behalf of the members of the contracting authority group, and to conclude and sign any amendments and decisions on renewal. Furthermore, it was agreed that each member will execute the contracts concerning it. The single lot is common to all members of the contracting authority group.
