TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is not subject to subdivision into lots. The contract is a mixed contract (Lump-sum + unit-priced). With regard to the unit-priced portion, the minimum annual amount excluding tax: and the maximum annual amount excluding tax: 250,000.00 € excluding tax. The present contract is divided into one firm tranche and two optional tranches as follows: TF: Parc Corvesy + Parc Promenade des Arts + Parc Palais de Justice + Parc Palais Massena. TO: Parc Palmeira + Parc Gorbella. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 5 years from the date of notification.
