TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is not subject to division into lots. The contract is a mixed contract (lump-sum + unit-based). Concerning the unit-based part, the annual minimum amount exclusive of tax (HT): and the annual maximum amount exclusive of tax (HT): 250 000.00 € HT. The present contract is broken down into one firm tranche and two optional tranches as follows: TF: Parc Corvesy +Parc Promenade des Arts+Parc Palais de Justice+Parc Palais Massena. TO: Parc Palmeira+Parc Gorbella. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 5 years starting from the date of notification.
