TENDER DESCRIPTION

As the services are inseparable, no division into lots is planned. In accordance with Articles R2172-2 and R2122-6 of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique), the competition will be followed by a negotiated procedure without prior publication or prior competitive tendering, with a view to awarding a public works contract for design management to the winner of the competition selected at the end of this negotiated procedure.
