TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is the provision of services relating to technical checks of the conformity of studies and works for the renovation of public housing with the requirements of the Social Climate Fund (FSC), including compliance with the DNSH principles, energy performance and decarbonisation, as well as fire safety. The contractor will be responsible for a technical monitoring assignment covering the design and implementation, including the theoretical and practical verification of the works to be carried out, with a view in particular to producing, at the end of the assignment, one or more final attestations, accompanied by all the required documentary evidence, demonstrating compliance with the objectives of the FSC programme, including compliance with the DNSH principles, energy performance and decarbonisation, as well as fire safety. In addition to the checks, the contractor will be an active partner of the other parties involved in anticipating and preventing, researching and developing solutions in response to particular constraints of the project or to events or contingencies requiring its adaptation.
