TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the maintenance and control of certain hydrological measurement sections in the Wallonia Region managed by the Hydrological Management Directorate of the SPWMI. The maintenance services to be performed consist of: - maintenance of the sections where hydrological measurements are carried out; - control of the measurement stations and the related sections, notably by gauging on foot and from a van, on rivers up to 150 m wide and for flows up to 3200 m3/s. The gauging is carried out using hydrometric, electromagnetic, or ADC current meters or ADCP (Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler) systems; - topographic or bathymetric surveys of shallow depth of sections and measurement stations as well as the processing of the associated data, including interactions with hydrological data; - improvements to measurement stations and measurement sections aimed at enhancing accessibility, safety and durability.
