TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this consultation is a public contract for the provision of remote operations services, assistance to users, preventive and corrective maintenance, subscription management, supervision of the access-control equipment for the P1 and P2 park-and-ride facilities in Bonnières-sur-Seine, as well as the provision of a digital management platform and an operations monitoring software package for the Community of Communes Les Portes de l'Ile-de-France (CCPIF) (78). The contract award procedure used is the formal procedure of the open invitation to tender type. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L2124-1, L2124-2, R2124-1, R2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is concluded for a period of twelve (12) months starting on 1 January 2027 or, if later, the date on which the contract is notified.
