TENDER DESCRIPTION

>_As part of its commitment to improve air quality in its underground network, SYTRAL Mobilités has decided to equip the Grange Blanche, Bellecour (lines A and D) metro stations with air purification systems by trapping fine particles. The objective is to purify the air at the locations where passengers park, i.e. station platforms. In this context, it is planned to use a global performance public contract for the performance of services associated within the meaning of Articles L2171-3, R2171-2 and R2172-3 of the public procurement code. This type of contract is justified by the need to guarantee, over time, achievement of measurable objectives for reducing the concentration of fine particles in metro stations. The expected performance depends both on the quality of the proposed equipment, their installation, their settings, their operation and their maintenance. The sole responsibility of the Contractor thus makes it possible to ensure achievement of the performance objectives set contractually.
