TENDER DESCRIPTION

>_As part of its commitment to improve the air quality of its underground network, SYTRAL Mobilités has decided to equip the Grange Blanche and Bellecour metro stations (lines A and D) with air purification systems that trap fine particles. The objective is to purify the air in areas where passengers park, i.e. the station platforms. In this context, it is planned to use a global performance public contract for the execution of the services associated with the meaning of Articles L2171-3, R2171-2 and R2172-3 of the public procurement code. This type of contract is justified by the need to ensure, over time, the achievement of measurable targets for reducing the concentration of fine particles in metro stations. The expected performance depends both on the quality of the equipment proposed, their installation location, their adjustment, their operation and their maintenance. The single responsibility of the Contracting Party therefore makes it possible to guarantee the achievement of the performance objectives set contractually.
