TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns moving services for the various sites of the City of Annecy. The services notably include internal transfers within the same site, transfers between two sites of the City of Annecy, and transfers from a City of Annecy site to a waste disposal site. In accordance with article L.2113.13 of the Public Procurement Code, this consultation is a reserved contract for integration structures through economic activity as mentioned in article L.5132-4 of the Labor Code and equivalent structures when they employ a minimum proportion, set by regulation, of disadvantaged workers. The contract is a framework agreement pursuant to article R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement will be awarded to a single contractor and will give rise to purchase orders issued by the Public Buyer, under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and 14 of the Public Procurement Code. Purchase orders will be notified by the Public Buyer as needs arise.
