Lot 1: Damage to movable and immovable property The policyholder wishes to establish an insurance contract intended to cover sudden and unforeseeable material damage, caused directly to the insured property only and resulting from an insured event, subject to the application of the general exclusions and limits set out below, as well as, where they are directly consequential: - Costs and losses, - Loss of earnings and/or additional operating costs, - The pecuniary consequences of the liabilities incurred by the insured.
