TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction works contracts electricity and control and command relating to the creation of an energy production and distribution process as part of the construction of a new hybrid Biomass boiler house with a minimum usable capacity of 7 MW and Gas of 36 MW usable, including a biomass flue gas condensation system. This boiler house will be located on Boulevard des Péjoces, in the commune of Dijon, and will be connected to the urban heating network of DIjon Energies. The works will include: 1/ A high-voltage distribution from a delivery substation installed at the property boundary; 2/ 1 transformation substation HTA / BT equipped with 2 transformers; 3/ A low-voltage distribution comprising the TGBT, general services switchboards, and the connections to the outgoing circuits; 4/ An uninterruptible (UPS) distribution providing backup for the site's safety part; 5/ The tertiary equipment of the supervision office of the analysis unit; 6/ A set of PLC control cabinets as well as the distribution resulting from these cabinets; 7/ All safety interfaces (fire alarm and intervention system, relaying, emergency stop devices...); 8/ Natural gas detection in the gas…
