TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services entrusted to the Company concern CICM Maintenance, as part of the renewal of the contract for the IDF and SE PACA regions, namely: • Leak detection at the level of all structural works (OCG, OCC, Building pipeline, riser, pressure regulators, …) • Verification of the OCG (general shut-off device) (and OCC) and the OCIs (individual shut-off device) • Verification of the pressure relief valve associated with the collective connection • Inspection of the general condition of the pressure regulators • Inspection of the condition of the building pipeline (CI), of the riser and overhead walkway lines (CM and CC), of the drip standpipes (NO), of the kitchen riser tubes (TC) and of special connections on the riser line • Inspection/identification of the OCI marking. • Collection of the data required for traceability of the intervention and of major anomalies in the mobility tool • Optimised Corrective Maintenance • Performance of deferred maintenance acts • Inspection of the completeness and consistency of major inventory data In the case of CICM revisions equipped with a DDMP (maximum pressure flow trigger), the contract also requires: • Carrying out a prior investigation •…
