TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender is landscaping and hardscape works. The focus is on the construction of the surrounding access areas made of concrete block paving, the installation of bicycle parking spaces mostly using grass grid pavers, as well as the construction of the car parking spaces. In addition, the tender includes the creation of vegetation areas (grass, shrubs, perennials and tree planting), the supply and installation of items of equipment, the reinstatement of the existing furniture, and the creation of stormwater infiltration using infiltration trenches (soakaways) / soakaways. In part of the site, the felling of 28 unprotected existing trees is required. As part of site clearance for the extension construction, felling work was already necessary; the replacement plantings planned for this are also part of this tender.
