In the swimming hall, all roof structures including the trapezoidal sheet metal are replaced. In the gym hall, the roof of the hall is rebuilt from the existing aerated concrete. The roof of the toilet facility is replaced from the existing concrete ceiling slab. All new extensions and additions receive roof structures on STB slabs. Partial areas are constructed as extensive green roofs. In some areas, the floor slabs are sealed with bitumen welded membranes.
