TENDER DESCRIPTION

Mullsjö Municipality together with its wholly owned company Mullsjö Energi och Miljö AB (the Client) invites bidders (Contractors) to submit tenders in accordance with these tender documents concerning Groundworks. The procurement concerns framework agreements for the execution of groundworks on properties, public spaces, and private land within Mullsjö Municipality. The works include design as well as execution of, for example, fine landscaping works, green area installations, new construction, alterations, and extensions, water and sewer works, as well as standby and work on urgent water and sewer repairs. The framework agreement does not cover new, alteration, and extension works conducted as individual and separately procured projects. Framework agreements will be awarded to three (3) contractors with partial ranking and partial renewed competition. The total estimated value of the agreements during the entire contract period, including any extension clauses, amounts to SEK 20,000,000. The value represents an estimated volume and is only an indicative figure. No guaranteed volumes are provided. The total ceiling volume of the agreements is SEK 40,000,000. Mullsjö Municipality…
