TENDER DESCRIPTION

Mullsjö Municipality together with its wholly owned company Mullsjö Energi och Miljö AB (the Purchaser) invites tenderers (Contractors) to submit tenders in accordance with this tender specification regarding Groundworks. The procurement concerns a framework agreement for the execution of groundwork on properties, public land as well as private land within Mullsjö Municipality. The works include design together with execution of for example fine grading work, green space installations, new constructions, renovations and extensions, water and sewerage (VA) works as well as standby and works during urgent VA repairs. The framework agreement does not include new construction, renovation and extension works carried out as individual and separately procured projects. The framework agreement will be awarded to three (3) contractors with partial ranking and partial renewed competition. The total estimated value of the agreements during the entire contract period including any extension clauses amounts to 20,000,000 SEK.
