TENDER DESCRIPTION

Subject to the administrative agreement in the consortium still to be signed, budget funds for the maximum term of three (3) years are made available in the amount of up to EUR 762,781.00 net. Further details on the type and scope of the contract can be found in the service description - Specialist part (Part B). If the required administrative agreement cannot be signed, no award/contracting can be made. In addition, the contracting authority may fully or partially cancel the procurement procedure in accordance with Section 63 of the VgV.
