Outdoor Areas - KITA Area The area of outdoor facilities to be worked on in this specification in the area of the KITA new building is largely flat terrain, see also the enclosed plan document 2015-003-DET001. It is located at the southwest corner of Bürgerpark Ringheim. At its northwest corner it is bounded by the parish center of the St. Pius community, to the south by Hasselstraße, and to the east it runs into the green areas of the Bürgerpark. Outdoor Awnings (Contractor's performance) In the above-described outdoor areas, three freestanding double awning systems will be installed, which are the contractor's responsibility. Overall dimensions Type 1 double awning system (2 units): 7.00 m x 6.20 m, Overall dimensions Type 2 double awning system (1 unit): 6.00 m x 4.20 m. The construction of the individual foundations for the contractor's double awning systems is carried out by the client.
