Outdoor Areas - KITA Area The area of the outdoor facilities to be worked on in this specification in the KITA new building area is largely a flat terrain, see also the attached plan document 2015-003-DET001. It is located at the southwest corner of Bürgerpark Ringheim. On its northwest corner it is bordered by the parish center of the St. Pius community, to the south by Hasselstraße, and to the east it extends into the green areas of Bürgerpark. Outdoor Awnings (Contractor's scope) In the above-described outdoor facilities, three freestanding double awning systems are to be installed, which are part of the contractor's scope. Overall dimensions Type 1 double awning system (2 units): 7.00 m x 6.20 m, Overall dimensions Type 2 double awning system (1 unit): 6.00 m x 4.20 m. The construction of the individual foundations for the contractor's double awning systems will be carried out by the client.
