TENDER DESCRIPTION
Planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network under the economic viability gap model for all tendered addresses based on the Gigabit Directive 2.0. Subject of this selection procedure is the award of a service concession for the planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network under the economic viability gap model according to section 3.1 of the Gigabit Directive 2.0. The objective of this measure is to provide gigabit coverage to the expansion areas with gigabit-capable broadband connections having data transmission rates of at least 1 Gbit/s symmetrical under peak load time conditions for all end users of the tendered addresses in the expansion area, whereby the upload and download rates must at least double. The expansion area of the lots is specified in detail in the "B-Specification of Services" and its annexes, especially the maps of the expansion area (B1, B1.1 to B1.2) and the address lists (B2, B2.1 to B2.2).
