TENDER DESCRIPTION

This notice does not serve to initiate a procurement procedure; it is intended to announce the carrying out of a market sounding. The procedure does not yet constitute a formal procurement procedure. Klinikum Peine will be comprehensively rebuilt in the coming years. In addition to the new hospital building, a short-term care facility and other health-related facilities (e.g. a day clinic, a pharmacy, a physiotherapy practice and a medical supply store/sanitätshaus) are to be built on the campus. The spatial proximity to the new hospital building is intended to enable close cooperation and contribute to seamless, closely integrated care. For this purpose, a building lease (Erbbaurecht) is to be granted over the land area planned on the campus of Klinikum Peine in favour of a private investor. The investor is to take over the planning, financing and construction of the short-term care facility and further health-related facilities and ensure their operation or establish the corresponding contractual arrangements for the operation of the individual facilities with any users.
