TENDER DESCRIPTION

This notice does not serve to initiate a procurement procedure; rather, it serves to announce that a market sounding will be carried out. The procedure is not yet a formal procurement procedure. Klinikum Peine will be comprehensively rebuilt in the coming years. In addition to the new hospital building, on the campus a short-term care facility as well as further health-related facilities (e.g. a day clinic, a pharmacy, a physiotherapy practice and a medical supply store) are to be built. The spatial proximity to the new hospital building is intended to enable close cooperation and contribute to seamless, closely coordinated care. For this purpose, a hereditary building right (Erbbaurecht) is to be granted in favour of a private investor for the area planned on the campus of Klinikum Peine. The investor is to take over the planning, financing and construction of the short-term care facility as well as further health-related facilities and ensure their operation, or establish corresponding contractual arrangements for the operation of the individual facilities with any users.
