TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is an all-risks insurance on a replacement value basis for movable and transportable equipment and devices of the contracting authority. Essentially, these are mobile work machines and devices used to meet various operational requirements in railway operations. This includes, among others, bi-directional vehicles, transport devices, power generators, etc. – each including accessories. The total insured amount is approximately 45 million EUR (according to the machine register as of 01.01.2026) and covers about 370 machines and devices. The average value per machine is approximately 110,000 EUR. The currently highest individual value (= insured amount) is 1.841 million EUR for a bi-directional carrier. Detailed values can be found in the machine register, which is provided with the confidential documents. The deductible is 5,000 EUR per claim.
