TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is an all-risks insurance on a new value basis for mobile and transportable equipment and devices of the contracting authority. Essentially, these are mobile work machines and devices used to fulfill various requirements in railway operations. These include, among others, two-way vehicles, transport equipment, power generators, etc. – each including accessories. The total insured sum amounts to approximately EUR 45 million (according to the machine register as of 01.01.2026) and covers about 370 machines and devices. The average value per machine is approximately EUR 110,000. The current highest individual value (= insured sum) is EUR 1.841 million for a two-way equipment carrier. Detailed values can be found in the machine register, which is provided with the confidential documents. The deductible is EUR 5,000 per claim.
