- Recording and documentation of gear sizes, shafts and overall drive frames - Dismantling of the existing drive motors, brakes, worm gearboxes, sensors and their mountings - Dismantling of the required gears and shafts - Planning, designing, manufacturing and installing new drive units. - Inspection/sealing and re-boring and re-bushing of the worm gearboxes. - Manufacturing and replacement of the open spur gears: + Weir section L: RI1, GR1, RI2, GR2 + Weir section M: RI1, GR1, RI2, GR2 + Weir section R: RI1, GR1, RI2, GR2 - Planning, designing, manufacturing and installing a load-measuring device into the bearing arrangement of the chain pinion shafts - Determination of the chain loads by installing chain measuring links - Mounting and coupling of new gate-position sensors including installation.
