TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Masku requests your tender for the winter maintenance of the traffic areas and the yard areas of municipal properties in the Municipality of Masku for the winter season 2026–2027. The contract period begins immediately after the contract is signed and ends at the end of April 2027. The contract includes, among other things, snow ploughing, gritting (anti-ice treatment) and removal of snow slush (palanen) in accordance with the contract documents. The request for tender is attached with maps of the yard areas of the properties and the traffic areas, with the exception of the areas of Lemun and Askaisten, for which the traffic areas are provided as lists. For performance of the work, invoicing is based on the area’s unit price per round for ploughing and on the hourly price for other work as specified in the tender form; an hourly price is also requested for ploughing. The contractor procures the material used for anti-ice treatment. The gritting material price is provided as a price in € per tonne.
