TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is defined in accordance with Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment and Supplementation of Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as "PPA"): Contract for the purchase of goods with the subject matter detailed in the tender documents (hereinafter referred to as "TD"). A detailed specification of the subject of the contract is provided in Part B1 DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT and Part B2 COMMERCIAL TERMS of the tender documents.
