TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a negotiated procedure with a call for competition for participation in accordance with § 11(1) sentence 1 alternative 2 of the VSVgV. The subject matter of the contract to be awarded is the procurement for the delivery and installation of software for the analysis, IT-supported matching and the research of mass data in a repository containing multiple source databases, some of which are federated, as well as data imported on a case-by-case basis, in particular from backups of digital evidence by the police of Schleswig-Holstein (Polizei SH). Licences are intended to be procured for 30 concurrent users. Optionally, the possibility should exist to extend the number to up to 75 concurrent users (i.e. in this case this option must be offered; however, the commissioning of additional licences (i.e. those that exceed the number of 30) is optional for the contracting authority). The licences are intended to include a term of 3 years from commissioning (for the 30 licences this is the point in time of acceptance of the system).
