TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a negotiated procedure with a call for competition for participation pursuant to § 11(1) sentence 1 alternative 2 VSVgV. The subject matter of the contract to be awarded is the procurement for the delivery and setup of software as an overall system a) for the analysis, the IT-supported matching/record linkage and the research of mass data in the holdings of multiple source databases, some of which are federated, as well as case-based imported data, in particular from copies/backups of digital evidence by the police of SH, b) for the technical integration of existing data sources into a central data integration platform (data integration component). The licence requirement initially covers 30 simultaneous users; the required licence quantity for this must be procured. Optionally, the possibility shall exist to expand the number up to 75 simultaneous users. This option must be included in the bid without fail; however, the actual use is optional. The contracting authority provides for tiering/stepping of the further optional licences to be procured.
