TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a negotiated procedure with a competition for participation in accordance with Section 11(1) sentence 1 alternative 2 of the VSVgV. The subject of the contract to be awarded is the procurement for the delivery and installation of software for analyzing mass data, for the IT-supported matching, and for searching mass data within a collection of several source databases, some of which are federated, as well as data imported on a case-by-case basis, in particular from the backups of digital evidence by the police of Schleswig-Holstein (Polizei SH). Licences for 30 concurrent users are to be procured. Optionally, the possibility is to exist to increase the number up to 75 concurrent users (that is to say, in this case, that this option must be offered; however, the assignment/commissioning of additional licences (i.e. those that exceed the number of 30) is optional for the contracting authority).The licences are to include a term of 3 years from the time of commissioning (for the 30 licences, this is the point in time of acceptance of the system).
