TENDER DESCRIPTION

The seller undertakes to deliver to the contracting authority material, design components and their processing and assembly for a prototype vehicle cabin; for a prototype of an electric utility vehicle in category N1G (hereinafter referred to as the “subject of the purchase”) and to transfer to the contracting authority ownership rights to the subject of the purchase. The vehicle is a prototype intended for the development and verification of technical solutions. Vehicle homologation is not the subject of this delivery and is not required at this stage.
