TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purchase of maintenance materials for buildings, to support and enhance the activity of C.N. Poșta Română S.A. at the national level, through the conclusion of a framework agreement for a period of 24 months, according to the provisions of the specifications. Information regarding the minimum and maximum quantities of each subsequent contract and of the framework agreement can be found in the Annex - Product List - quantities and main technical characteristics in the specifications. The purchase of building maintenance materials will be made by concluding a framework agreement for 2 (two) years comprising 2 (two) subsequent contracts, each contract concluded for a period of 12 (twelve) months. The framework agreement will be signed with the first 5 (five) bidders declared winners, and the awarding of the subsequent contracts will be made in cascade (in the order of the ranking resulting from the evaluation of the offers). Subsequent contracts will not be awarded by reopening the competition.
