Max Planck Institute for Geoanthropology, Reuse of former ENT and Urology clinics: Demolition and deconstruction works Lot 1: Demolition and deconstruction for ENT To prepare for the inventory survey and further planning, the building is to be stripped to the greatest extent possible. In accordance with the orders under heritage protection law, flooring coverings, partly screeds, suspended partitions and building services engineering (TGA) are to be removed. Materials contaminated with hazardous substances must be separated and disposed of in accordance with the requirements of occupational health and safety law. The services include dismantling/breaking down, transporting and disposing of the materials.
