TENDER DESCRIPTION

Depending on the start of the planning work, the public provision for the telecommunications connection must be taken into account. Where required, possible redundancies and the connection of further institute buildings (campus networking) must be included in the planning. The Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics in Hanover is connected to the public grid via the MS - transfer substation in Callinstraße. The medium-voltage system is located as a customer substation in the basement of building 3405. From this substation, 3 transformers are supplied with the following connection ratings: 1600 KVA via circuit breakers, 1000 KVA via circuit breakers, and 630 KVA via HH - load-break switch. The 1600 KVA transformer is separately isolated and supplies a server system (cluster) with its own NSHV in the transformer bay. The above-mentioned systems are to be designed for the institute’s future power requirements and must be adapted to a common power level.
