TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract to be awarded are engineering services in the field of HVAC/HVACR technology pursuant to §§ 53 et seq. HOAI “Technical Equipment” for multiple call-offs for the construction project “Conversion and extension of the Institute at the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics (Albert Einstein Institute) in Hannover (QOP1) for the following building services groups (AG): AG 1 Sanitary installations AG 2 Heating supply installations AG 3 Ventilation installations AG 7 Installations specific to use AG 8 Building automation technology A staged call-off is planned: Stage 1: LPH 2 and LPH 3 Stage 2: LPH 4 and LPH 5 Stage 3: LPH 6 to LPH 9 The estimated costs eligible for fee calculation for the above building services groups, based on an initial cost assessment, are approximately €4.661 million net. The budgeted total construction costs (KG 200 to 700) amount to approximately €25.74 million net. Cleanroom and test hall The cleanroom and test hall is to be designed as a new special-purpose area.
