TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the MPI for Gravitational Physics Hannover (Albert-Einstein-Institut - AEI), in particular experimental fundamental research is carried out in the fields of laser interferometry, laser physics, quantum optics and precision measurement technology in order to enable present and future generations of gravitational-wave detectors on Earth and in space. The institute is spread across several buildings. There is a need for additional office space. As part of the measure, the east part of the existing hall-like building 3405 is to be converted for physical laboratory space (clean and grey areas, laser and electronics laboratories, etc.) with approx. 1,240 m² NUF 1-6. For this purpose, services are required for all building-constructive and technical measures, such as adapting the fire protection concept, structural adjustments in rough construction and fit-out trades, dismantling the existing building services installations, as well as installation of a new ventilation, cooling and electrical supply and the cleanroom installation.
