TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the MPI for Gravitational Physics Hannover (Albert Einstein Institute - AEI), in particular experimental basic research is carried out in the fields of laser interferometry, laser physics, quantum optics and precision measurement technology, in order to enable current and future generations of gravitational wave detectors on Earth and in space. The institute is spread across several buildings. The institute’s buildings are located on the Schneiderberg campus of Leibniz University Hannover. When planning and carrying out construction site set-up and site logistics, it must be taken into account that the neighbouring buildings are in operation and that little free space is available. As part of the work to be carried out, two measures must be coordinated, which have to be performed temporarily in parallel and supervised in close coordination with the client, users and the planning team: project 305 (Measure QOP1 305 conversion and extension) and project 307 (renovation of building 3401), whereby buildings 3401 and 3405 are connected to each other by a glazed bridge on the 1st floor (1.OG).
