The contract starts on the date of signing by the second party. The contract remains valid until all obligations are fully performed, or until the Initial Contract Value is exhausted, but its term cannot exceed 12 (twelve) months. The total duration of the contract cannot be longer than 12 (twelve) months.

Key milestones or phases include:

• Goods delivery: The supplier is obliged to deliver goods no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of placing an individual order.
• Order placement: Orders are placed on working days between 9 AM and 3 PM, and no more frequently than 4 times per month.
