TENDER DESCRIPTION

UAB „Kauno autobusai“ (hereinafter – the Contracting Entity) intends to purchase electrical spare parts for small buses MERCEDES BENZ SPRINTER. The procurement object is not divided into parts of the procurement object. The supplier may submit tenders only for the entire procurement object. Tenders must be submitted for the entire scope of the Goods specified in the procurement object. The scope of the Goods specified in the procurement object is not divided. The Goods ordering period is 12 (twelve) months from the date of entry into force of the procurement contract, with the possibility to extend it once for 12 (twelve) months. The total term of validity of the contract is set at 24 (twenty-four) months. The Contracting Entity will place orders for the Goods based on actual needs and does not undertake to purchase the entire contract amount. The Contracting Entity does not require to secure the tender validity; however, it reserves the right to apply to the court for damages arising because during the period of validity of the tender the supplier changes or withdraws its tender or the procurement award winner refuses to enter into the contract, compensation.
