TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract scope is for servicing, repairs and sometimes installations of both domestic and communal Mechanical and Electrical systems in the North West, Greater Manchester, Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire & Derbyshire regions. This includes, but is not limited to: Air Conditioning Automatic doors, gates, barrier Door Entry, access control, CCTV Fall Arrest Equipment Playgrounds Laundry equipment TV aerials Ventilation and Heat recovery systems Warden Calls Renewables is included in the contract scope as an option and Plumbing related repairs may be requested if there is a site wide ME+P related failure. Guinness gives no guarantee on the volume of services that may be required during the contract as property numbers may increase or decrease during the term of the contract.
