TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract for part 1 includes mechanical snow removal and slipperiness from the surfaces of pavements in the city area. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract constitutes Annex No 2 to the SWZ – OPZ for parts 1–2 of the contract. 3. The Contracting Authority will carry out the subject matter of the contract within the following scope: - basic (guaranteed) for part 1 - optional for part 1, in the event that the right to option is exercised. The subject matter of the contract under the option right is the provision of services including mechanical snow removal and slipperiness from the surfaces of pavements in the city area. 4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the option on the basis of Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law. 5. The Contracting Authority stipulates that performance of the part of the contract under the option right is an entitlement and not an obligation of the Contracting Authority.
