Media placements involve purchasing media space and placing advertisements. With media placements, the Contracting Authority aims to inform target groups, engage them and, where necessary, prompt them to take action. The requested services consist of: • weekly full-colour advertisements for announcements in house-to-house newspapers in Drenthe and, incidentally, in regional weekly newspapers in the border area for the purpose of covering the entire province; • full-colour full-page information pages in house-to-house newspapers throughout Drenthe; • occasional advertisements, including vacancies and campaigns, in house-to-house newspapers or daily newspapers.
