TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is the provision of media agency and related production tasks for Erkel Színház Nonprofit Kft. The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework contract for services for the provision of media agency and related production tasks for the purpose of making Erkel Színház’s performances and programmes known, increasing its attendance and ticket sales, and strengthening its public awareness and prestige, up to a total framework amount of HUF 80,000,000 net. The contracting authority undertakes to use 70% of the framework amount, i.e. HUF 56,000,000 net. The duties of the successful tenderer in particular include: – developing, reviewing and updating communications and campaign strategy, strategic consultancy, preparing communications action plans; – developing creative concepts, creative copywriting, graphic design, technical adaptation of creative materials, preparing their size specifications and print preparation; – performing film, video, trailer and radio advertisement production tasks, including preparation, filming, production, post-production, and ensuring the necessary rights and permissions; – manufacturing and supplying…
