TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority intends to conclude a framework agreement for the performance of strategic media agency tasks up to a total framework amount of EUR 3,200,000,000 HUF net. AK undertakes to call off 70% of the framework amount. In order to achieve its AK communication objectives, AK will plan and implement complex communication and media campaigns on domestic and foreign target markets. International tourism advertising campaigns may be carried out in several countries, with a different media mix and audience approach by country. The Winning Tenderer’s task is, for the Client, to perform strategic media agency, media planning, media buying, campaign management, reporting and other supplementary tasks directly related to media appearances on the basis of the framework agreement, the individual orders and the briefs provided by the Client. The individual orders set out the exact professional content of the tasks, the deadlines for performance, quantities, technical parameters and individual requirements. The Contracting Authority’s domestic campaigns are typically carried out with campaign spending of around net 250,000,000 HUF, over an average campaign period of 6–8 weeks.…
