TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority intends to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of strategic media agency tasks up to a framework amount of HUF 3,200,000,000 net. AK undertakes to call for 70% of the framework amount. In order to achieve AK’s communication objectives, it plans to design and implement complex communication and media campaigns in domestic and foreign target markets. International tourism advertising campaigns may be implemented in multiple countries, with a different media mix and target group approach for each country. The Winning Bidder’s task for the Contracting Authority is to provide, based on the framework agreement, the individual orders, and the briefs provided by the Contracting Authority, strategic media agency, media planning, media buying, campaign management and reporting tasks, as well as other supplementary tasks directly related to media appearances. The precise professional content, performance deadlines, quantities, technical parameters, and individual requirements of the tasks are set out in the individual orders.
